What HAUFFE OS Deal Win Engine is
After installation, sales teams can capture relevant deal, customer value, stakeholder and relationship signals directly inside the HubSpot deal, evaluate them and derive risks as well as prioritized next steps.
Deal Win Engine supports the assessment and the sales decision. It does not guarantee a closed deal.
Prerequisites
- A HubSpot account with sufficient permissions to install apps
- Permission to use Deals, Contacts and Companies
- Active access to HAUFFE OS Deal Win Engine or a test-enabled account
Installation
- Start the installation via the official HubSpot OAuth flow.
- Select the HubSpot portal you want to connect.
- Review and confirm the requested permissions.
- After successful authorization, the HubSpot installation is linked to the HAUFFE OS access account.
HAUFFE uses OAuth. HAUFFE does not receive HubSpot passwords, and there is no separate HubSpot password entry at HAUFFE.
After installation
- Open a HubSpot deal.
- Open the HAUFFE OS Deal Win Engine card in the deal record.
- Select an associated contact.
- Maintain the relevant Deal Win inputs.
- Save the data.
- Start the deal assessment.
The card appears directly inside the HubSpot deal. That is where you maintain the provided inputs, save them in the current deal context and then start the assessment.
How to prepare a deal
For a reliable assessment, the relevant Deal Win data should be maintained and saved before the evaluation starts. This includes deal signals, contact context, stakeholder hints and available information from the associated company.
Only after saving does the app use this information inside the current deal context for the assessment.
Deal assessment
After the evaluation, the card may show information such as:
- closing probability
- overall score
- risk level
- identified deal risks
- prioritized next steps
- improvement levers
The Deal Win Engine supports the interpretation of the deal and the sales decision. It does not replace judgment and does not claim a guaranteed outcome.
Stakeholder intelligence
Stakeholder intelligence helps teams look at the deal beyond a single main contact and assess the relevant roles and influence structure around the opportunity.
- Buying Role
- decision authority
- influence
- stakeholder evidence
Customer Value context
Information from the associated company and existing customer value data can be included in the deal assessment.
This means the opportunity can be assessed not only as a deal, but also in the context of customer value and company fit where those signals are available.
Communication profile
Stored communication profiles or DISC-related information of the selected contact can be considered in the deal context.
This helps interpret communication signals, roles and expected reactions in a more structured way during the deal.
HubSpot objects used
- Deals
- Contacts
- Companies
Only the data required for the provided functionality is used.
Disconnect / uninstall
Users can revoke the HubSpot connection through connected apps in HubSpot or uninstall the app there.
Disconnecting the HubSpot connection ends further integration access to the HubSpot portal. Data already stored at HAUFFE during product use is not necessarily deleted automatically. Data deletion requests are governed by HAUFFE privacy provisions.
