HAUFFE OS Implementation Sprint
The Implementation Sprint translates a decision into ownership, rhythm and execution.
This decision becomes easier:How does a decision become concrete execution?

- Client effort
- approx. 6–10 hours
What this format is for
The Implementation Sprint is designed for companies that need to bring a clarified decision into daily operations.
Many companies know after a workshop, analysis or strategy meeting what should change. Still, too little changes in daily operations. Ownership remains unclear, meetings follow old patterns, priorities shift and decisions are not consistently followed up.
The Implementation Sprint turns clarity into an execution rhythm.
When this format makes sense
The sprint makes sense when a decision has already been prepared or made, but is not yet effectively embedded inside the company.
Typical situations:
- workshop outcomes should not disappear
- new Customer Value criteria need to be used in Sales or Account Management
- GTM priorities need to be translated into operational work
- meetings should follow up on decisions instead of only sharing information
- ownership after decisions is not clear enough
- a review and adjustment rhythm is missing
What is clarified
The sprint clarifies:
- which next steps follow from the decision
- who owns what
- which meetings serve which decision function
- which signals are reviewed regularly
- when adjustment is needed
- how the new logic is repeated in daily operations
Which frameworks are used
The sprint mainly uses the HAUFFE Operating Loop.
Depending on the situation, the frameworks from which the decision emerged are used as well: Decision Friction Map, Customer Value Matrix, Go-to-Market Logic Map or Sales Decision Clarity Map.
What exists at the end
At the end, there is not only a plan.
At the end, it becomes clearer:
- which decision is being implemented
- which next steps are binding
- who owns what
- which rhythm applies for review and adjustment
- which meetings need to change
- which signals show whether the decision is working
- how execution will be followed up repeatedly
Who it fits
The sprint fits leadership teams, Sales, Marketing, Delivery, Customer Success and Operations leaders who want decisions not only to be made, but to become effective in daily operations.
Who it does not fit
The sprint does not fit if it is still completely unclear which decision needs to be made. In that case, a HAUFFE OS Workshop or a Go-to-Market Strategy Sprint is usually more useful first.
Next step
If you want to bring a clarified decision into execution, ownership and rhythm, the Implementation Sprint is the right next step.
