Knowledge
Good ideas disappear slowly.
Most good ideas do not die immediately. They disappear slowly between alignment rounds, priorities, responsibilities and meetings without decisions.
What happens inside the company
An idea appears, receives positive reactions, is discussed repeatedly, handed over and postponed. Nobody opposes it. But nobody really owns it.
At some point it has not failed — it has simply disappeared from the organization.
Why this is dangerous
When good ideas receive no decision logic, companies lose innovation capacity. Not because people have no ideas, but because the organization does not decide which idea should be tested, prioritized or consciously stopped.
What HAUFFE does differently
Good ideas rarely die loudly. They disappear quietly when no decision is made. HAUFFE treats ideas not as inspiration, but as decision material. A good idea needs a clear next step: evaluate, test, prioritize, decide or consciously reject.
Decision questions
- Which idea has been sitting in the system for months without a decision?
- Who is responsible for evaluating it?
- What would need to happen for it to become a test?
- When do we decide whether to continue it?
- Which ideas consume attention without creating impact?
